We want you to be fully satisfied with your Disturbia purchase, which is why we offer a 28-day return window for all items returned in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain products like earrings and face coverings cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring you include the completed returns form inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Generate your shipping label through the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
